Privacy Policy

Purpose
Hermes Assistant is a private, single-user AI assistant operated for Bositxon Sobirov. It connects to Google services only after the Google account owner grants permission.
Google user data accessed
Depending on the permissions granted, the assistant may access Gmail message metadata and content, Gmail labels and drafts, and files and folders in Google Drive. Access is used only to perform tasks requested by the account owner, such as summarizing messages, preparing replies, organizing mail, and locating or managing Drive files.
Use and sharing
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties. Data is processed only by the private assistant infrastructure and the AI service selected by the owner as necessary to fulfil the owner's request.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials are stored on a private server with restricted file permissions. The assistant is restricted to the owner's authorized Telegram account. Sensitive actions such as sending email, deleting content, or changing files require the owner's confirmation.
Retention and deletion
The assistant does not intentionally create a permanent archive of Gmail or Drive content. Operational logs are minimized. The owner may revoke Google access at any time from Google Account security settings and may request deletion of stored credentials and assistant data.
